I hope you’re doing well. We’re gearing up for our second annual Deer Season Kickoff on September 19, 2026, and we’d love for you to be part of it. This high-energy event draws a strong local crowd right at the start of hunting season—making it a great opportunity to gain visibility, connect with customers, and promote your business.
We have limited vendor spaces available and are inviting select businesses like yours to set up an outdoor booth and be part of the experience again.
To participate, we ask for:
- A $50 value donation for our raffle

- A $50 monetary sponsorship to support event activities
Vendor Details:
- 10 x 10 outdoor space provided
- Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, electricity, and setup essentials
In addition to promoting your business, you’ll also be supporting a great cause—we’re donating raffle proceeds to Hunters for the Hungry, helping provide meals and give back to our community.
If you are unable to attend in person, we are gladly accepting raffle item donations as another way to participate and gain exposure for your business at the event. Spots are expected to fill quickly, so we encourage you to secure your place as soon as possible. We’d love to have you join us for what’s shaping up to be a fantastic event.
