Online Survey Seeks Private Landowner Input

TPWD Urging Private Landowner Participation

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Private Lands Advisory Committee, in partnership with Texas A&M University Institute of Renewable Natural Resources, wants to understand private landowner needs, preferences, and concerns in operating and managing their land. TPWD’s brief electronic survey, available through Dec. 20, takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Take the survey here.

“Texas has over 142 million privately-owned acres and thousands of landowners, each having their own objectives in managing their property,” said Dr. Bill Eikenhorst, chairman of TPWD’s Private Lands Advisory Committee. “With the help of private landowners who participate, we are hoping to find better ways to serve and meet their land management needs.”

Your participation and responses will remain confidential. Landowners or their property won’t be associated with their responses, and information will only be presented in aggregate form.
