Texas Wildlife Association’s “Women of the Land” training program takes place Nov. 16-18 at the Welder Wildlife Refuge in Sinton, Texas. The program focuses on supporting a land ethic by nurturing land stewards through a wide range of wildlife, habitat, and land management curricula. The program provides a unique and friendly environment for women to learn hands-on and ask questions of the state’s top natural resource professionals while networking with women of similar interests.
