Two Hunters Shoot Same Buck: Who Keeps It?
According to an Associated Press story, DJ Jorgenson was hunting with his son, Kameron, near the town of Oneida, Wisconsin, when his son shot and wounded a buck.
The deer then ran off into private property, where another hunter managed to finish it off. The landowner, Randy Heyrman, indicated that Kameron’s shot only wounded the deer in the leg and said it took an additional two shots to put the animal down.
The hunters met at the edge of Heyrman’s property to decide who would get the buck by flipping a coin. Read more in the Outdoor Hub to find out who won the coin toss.
