The Hunters Extravaganza® is where hunters from across Texas and beyond gather each year to get ready for hunting season. Whether it’s hunting products, accessories, clothing, rifles, knives, archery equipment or other hunting gear – hunters know they’ll find it at the Hunters Extravaganza®. This is THE place to launch a new product or service, sell hunts, gather market information, and hear what your customers want when they make buying decisions

TTHA Members Annual Deer Competition
Enter your deer from last season into the Annual Deer Competition for a chance to win great prizes and statewide bragging rights. The contest is free to all members of the Texas Trophy Hunters Association

TTHA Members 3D Archery Tournament
Compete against other archers and bowhunters for great prizes. Twenty target course of known distances up to 40 yards. See official rules for more details. All shooters receive a weekend pass to the Hunters Extravaganza® and a One-year Membership to the Texas Trophy Hunters Association®.

HOW DO I SIGN-UP FOR A BOOTH TO THE HUNTERS EXTRAVAGANZA?
Start by reviewing the Exhibitor Information page and click the Register button to be taken to the Exhibitor Portal or CLICK HERE
All balances must be paid in full by June 1, 2025, to reserve your booth space, any contracts filled out after the deadline must be paid in full. We will continue accepting applications until we are sold out of the shows.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE BOOTH?
Each 10×10 space comes with 4 exhibitor badges, a 7″ x 44″ sign for the company name, 8′ backdrop curtain, 3′ dividing curtains on each side, and a 6′ covered and skirted table with 2 chairs.
NOTE: Company name may be customized during the online registration process. Any contract received after June 1, 2025, will not be eligible for a personalized banner.
DO I NEED APPROVAL TO DISTRIBUTE SAMPLES OR SELL FOOD AT THE SHOWS?
Exhibitors that wish to distribute samples and/or sell food at any of the shows will need to obtain a food permit from the local health department in each city. Additional information can be found in the Resources section of the Exhibitor Information page. DO EXHIBITORS HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?
The Houston and San Antonio Hunters Extravaganza shows provide a limited number of parking passes for exhibitors that will be distributed on a first come first served basis at check-in. Additional passes will be available for purchase from the venue on-site.
IS ELECTRICITY INCLUDED IN THE BOOTH PRICE?
Electricity is NOT included in the booth price. Please visit our resources section on how to order electrical for each city.
WHEN CAN HUNTERS EXTRAVAGANZA EXHIBITORS MOVE IN AND OUT?
MOVE IN:
The show begins at 3pm on Friday and ALL exhibitors must be setup by 1pm, so plan accordingly
Exhibitors with a booth larger than 10 x 20 can move in on Wednesday by appointment please email [email protected]
All exhibitors can move in starting Thursday from 8am to 7pm (Drive-in allowed). NOTE: Fort Worth exhibitors move in according to our move in schedule provided by Trade Show Director. Additional information can be found in the Resources section of the Exhibitor Information page.
Friday move-in from 8am to 11am (DRIVE-IN NOT ALLOWED). Bring a cart if you plan to move in on this day. CARTS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
Check-In: Closes at 11am and moves to the TTHA Information booth; in order to receive your badges and packet you will have to wait till noon if you are past the 11am deadline.
MOVE OUT:
Exhibitors MAY NOT begin moving out until 5pm on Sunday. NOTE: Any exhibitor caught tearing down early may be subject to contract termination for future shows.
ALL exhibitors must clear the venue by 10pm on Sunday. NOTE: On-site security will not be provided after close of business on Sunday at 5pm.
