Trail Cams Help NYPD Catch Copper Thieves
Apparently, the New York City Police Department doesn’t need Batman’s help in nabbing thieves in Gotham. They used their own high-tech devices—night vision trail cams—to nab subway copper thieves. “Within three hours of the first camera being installed at one location, copper cable thieves were caught on camera and eventually arrested,” said a spokesman for the Metropolitan Transit Authority.
