Texas Spring Rains Mixed Blessing
“The heavy, in some cases record-setting, rains that swamped much of the state this year have been a great blessing to wildlife and the landscape on which those resources depend, fueling explosive growth vegetation that provides crucial food and cover and making life-giving water easily available.
