Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission to Hold Public Hearings in Panhandle

Public hearings scheduled for May 22-24 in Amarillo, Lubbock

 

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission invites the public to attend upcoming regional public hearings May 22-24 in Amarillo and Lubbock. Attendees may provide input concerning any issues relating to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department policies, goals, programs, and responsibilities. The first public hearing will be May 22, at 3 p.m. in the Amarillo Civic Center Heritage Room, 401 South Buchanan St. A second meeting will be May 23 at 2 p.m. in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Banquet Room, 1501 Mac Davis Lane. Each speaker is given two minutes to address the Commission on TPWD-related issues. The Commission’s regular May public hearing will be held Thursday, May 24, at 9 a.m. in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Banquet Room.
