8000 acres south Texas ranch. 3/4 high fenced, MLD, with access to hunt for deer, doves, quail and hogs. Family friendly. Management program that has been in place for over 10 years. Each spot on this lease will allow the hunter to have 2 hunting locations on the property. Each hunter is responsible for their area. No sharing of locations or blinds. Each hunter is also responsible to have 1 protein feeder, PER LOCATION, running during the off-season AND in addition will be assigned to a community ranch owned protein feeder that is close to the hunters assigned area. Hunter, per spot, will have rights to 1 trophy buck, 1 management buck, and unlimited cull bucks (all defined in the lease agreement).
There is only one camp area that supplies RV hookups, electric, septic tank and city water. Camp has walk-in cooler and skinning location. Trophy deer are averaging mid 170/180 class bucks. We are looking for a member that is ready to put in the work by harvesting deer (culling) and keeping up with their protein feeding. We are looking for someone that is family friendly which is a must. Most of the members hunt with their spouses, children, and other family members and friends.
