Texas Trophy Hunters Association®(TTHA), proudly announces the expansion of the renowned Hunters Extravaganza series to encompass all things outdoors. With overwhelming success and increasing demand from the hunting and outdoor community, the organization is delighted to introduce the much-anticipated Outdoors Extravaganza. TTHA, together with Safari Club International, promises a comprehensive showcase of hunting, fishing, and camping experiences at the Outdoors Extravaganza.
This pioneering event will gather guides and outfitters from around the globe, presenting a unique opportunity for enthusiasts to explore a diverse range of outdoor pursuits. MOVE IN:
- The show begins at 9am on Friday, ALL exhibitors must be setup by end of day Thursday, move in schedule will be provided with exhibitor kit so plan accordingly.
- Exhibitors with a booth larger than 10 x 20 can move in on Wednesday by appointment ONLY, please email [email protected]
- All exhibitors are required to abide by our Wednesday and Thursday move in schedule provided by show management. Additional information will be emailed to exhibitors.
MOVE OUT:
- Exhibitors MAY NOT begin moving out until the show closes and the Fire Marshall gives the go ahead on Sunday. NOTE: Any exhibitor caught tearing down early may be subject to contract termination for future shows.
- ALL exhibitors must clear the venue by 10pm on Sunday. NOTE: On-site security will not be provided after close of business on Sunday at 5pm.

HOW DO I SIGN-UP FOR A BOOTH TO THE OUTDOORS EXTRAVAGANZA?

100% Payment is due at time of registration to reserve your booth space. We will continue accepting applications until we are sold out of the show.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE BOOTH?
Each 10×10 space comes with 4 exhibitor badges, a 7″ x 44″ sign for the company name, 8′ backdrop curtain, 3′ dividing curtains on each side, and a 6′ covered and skirted table with 2 chairs.
NOTE: Company name may be customized during the online registration process. Any contract received after November 1, 2024, will not be eligible for a personalized banner.
DO I NEED APPROVAL TO DISTRIBUTE SAMPLES OR SELL FOOD AT THE SHOWS?
Exhibitors that wish to distribute samples and/or sell food at the show will need to obtain a food permit from the Dallas health department. If you need additional information regarding the distribution of samples and/or sell food please email [email protected]
DO EXHIBITORS HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?
Exhibitor parking will be available in Lot E. Parking for the event will be located in the parking garage and around the facility for a charge.
IS ELECTRICITY INCLUDED IN THE BOOTH PRICE?
Electricity is NOT included in the booth price. Please visit our resources section to order electrical for the Outdoors Extravaganza.
WHEN CAN OUTDOORS EXTRAVAGANZA EXHIBITORS MOVE IN AND OUT?

WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?
We will have 1200 parking spaces in the two-story parking garage, 170 parking spaces in lot C along with surrounding parking spaces available for attendees. For Exhibitor parking we will have 500 to 700 parking spaces available in Lot E.
WILL THE MARSHALING YARD BE AVAILABLE FOR THE OUTDOORS EXTRAVAGANZA?
The marshaling yard (Lot E) will be available for the Outdoors Extravaganza.
WILL ACCESS TO THE OMNI HOTEL DALLAS BE AVAILABLE VIA THE SKYBRIGDE?
The Omni will be accessible during the Outdoors Extravaganza and will not affect our January 2025 show. The Skybridge connecting to KBHCC to the Omni will be accessible during our event.
IS CONSTRUCTION AT THE VENUE GOING TO BE A PROBLEM?
We do not expect construction to impact the quality of show we are planning. Since construction is ever-changing, we will stay in communication with, and be transparent to, exhibitors and members about what to expect. If an obstacle does arise, our exhibitors and members will be promptly provided with a solution!
