Come Learn more about feral hog control in Fannin County at 6 p.m. Nov. 8, 2012, at the Bonham Civic Center (Old Armory), Hwy. 121 and Hwy 56 in the city of Bonham. After supper, Dr. Billy Higginbotham, Extension Wildlife Specialist, will present “Feral Hog Life History and Control – What’s Legal and What’s Not.” Randolph McGee, Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden, will present “Texas Parks And Wildlife Rules Regarding Feral Hogs and Hunting.” Regan White, Texas Parks and Wildlife biologist, will present “Impact of Feral Hogs on Wildlife,” and Roger Skipper, County Extension Agent for Ag in Fannin County, will outline the Fannin Hog Out Competition. There will be 2 CEU’s for Pesticide applicators (1.5 Laws and Reg’s & .5 general). There is no charge for this event. They do ask that you preregister.
