New Study Reveals Insights into Buck Behavior

A recently completed study by researchers at Auburn University, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and Brosnan Forest may shed some light on how bucks behave during hunting season. The study involved capturing and collaring 40 male whitetail deer with GPS units that recorded their location approximately every half hour for three years. What did scientists learn?
