Annual Report Shows Increase In Bobwhite Restoration Support

 

In the face of declining bobwhite quail populations, momentum behind range-wide restoration efforts continues to strengthen, according to the National Bobwhite Conservation Initiative’s “Bobwhite Almanac: State of the Bobwhite 2012” annual report. This second annual report of the NBCI reports on the unified strategy of 25 state wildlife management agencies, an assortment of research institutions and private conservation groups to restore huntable populations of wild bobwhite quail.
