TEXAS TROPHY HUNTERS ASSOCIATION CONTINUES SPONSORSHIP OF SHOW OF SUPPORT TO HELP HONOR OUR MILITARY HEROES!
Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA) is proud to announce the continuation of its sponsorship of Show of Support (SOS) (http://www.showofsupport.org/SOS/). Show of Support was developed in 2004 by Terry Johnson of Midland, Texas, as his way of saying “Thank You” to the men and women of our military. Show of Support conducts an annual parade and banquet to honor our heroes. The 2008 Hunt for Heroes banquet will be held Thursday, November 20th at the Horseshoe Arena in Midland, TX. The event will be preceded by a parade.
Following the banquet, these heroes will be taken on an all expense paid hunting trip. TTHA’s cameras will be right there-capturing all of the exciting action, as these soldiers pursue wild game. Be sure to watch their experiences on an upcoming 2009 episode of “The Journal of the American Trophy Hunters” airing on the Outdoor Channel. Various other outdoor recreational opportunities and events are provided by SOS throughout the year.

The sacrifices and hardships that they and their families have endured make each and every one of them a true American hero and I am proud to do anything I can for them,” states Terry Johnson, President and Founder of Show of Support. “From day one, TTHA has been very supportive of our efforts and has gone over the top in helping to promote our cause through their magazine and television show plus all the other things they do.”
